Mom and Sandy at the St. George Parade of Homes Valentines Day Weekend!

This was the St. George Parade of Homes! We went with my parents and the Ferrantes back in February. It was tons of fun! And we got to go spend the weekend in Vegas to visit the Brown's afterwards!

The news from us!

So I have been a slacker at blogging since they blocked blogger at my work...crappy. But we are still alive so that is good! For March we were able to go to the Mount Timpanogos Temple and it was very fun! I accidently left my temple recommend there though in the locker and I had to have them send it to me because we were going to do baptisms for the dead with the youth the next Saturday! Since then, Oscar also had his Birthday in March, the 26th. He felt like he got everything he wanted...tools tools and more tools...lol! At the beginning of this month there was General Conference and Easter and it was fun to see my niece and nephews and we got to go to the Living Planet Aquarium and have an Easter egg hunt! It was fun to watch the kids find the eggs, and the dog too! So recently I have been spring cleaning the house and yard (and let me tell you I cleaned up about 3-4 bathtubs full of leaves out of just the backyard...it ended up being 7 black garbage bags full!) and have planted a garden, we also cleaned out the garage for Oscar to start having a workshop in there. I also decided I am going to start swimming so I went out and bought a new suit, I love it! Today Oscar's little brother gave a talk in church so we went to his parents ward, it was fun to see some of the people we saw when we were dating. Well that's pretty much it for now, so for now I wrote about everything and then hopefully soon I will post pictures!

Our Temple Goal!

Jordan River was the temple of choice for February since it has been way too busy in our lives and we noticed the month was almost over we needed somewhere flexible with "no appointments necessary" terms. LOL

So in January we were able to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple for a session in helping us complete our goal...as crazy as it sounds we also have the goal to attend the temple once a month at least. We will try to copy the Shorts(Good idea Jigs) in going to different temples each month but sometimes with hectic life it's easier to go to the close ones. Though we plan to revisit our wedding temple the Draper temple in June if not sooner!

Our Present to mike was a tourist book of Boston with pop out maps a nite lite pen for map searching in the dark and some facts about Boston and the best places to visit, stay, and eat!

Hopefully they can use it when they visit again!
